Storyline:
Parthiban, also known as Parthi, is a cafe owner and an animal rescuer leading a peaceful life with his wife Sathya, son Siddharth and daughter Mathi in Kashmir. His athletic ability is put to display when he takes down a hyena that entered a school premise. Joshi, a forest department officer, another Tamil person in Kashmir and his wife Priya have very good friendly relations with Parthi and his family. A gang that robs people begin their killing spree at Parthi’s town. One of the killers, who fantasizes killing women, stimulated by a cafe worker at Parthi’s shop decides to raid the shop. The situation gets heated and forces Parthi to kill these robbers at his cafe that tried to potentially hurt his cafe worker and daughter. His extraordinary gun handling skills is eventually showcased and this causes suspicion among people. He is convicted of murder but Joshi proves that Parthi killed for the sake of his family’s safety and successfully convinces the attorney to close this as a case of self-defense. Parthi’s heroics get national attention and is noticed by members of ‘Das and Co’, a tobacco factory owned by brothers Antony and Harold Das. They suspect that Parthi is Antony’s deceased son ‘Leo Das’. Parthi, traumatized by all these events confines himself and his family to their house trying to be in the safer zone. Pestered by Priya, he musters up courage to go out to the market for some shopping. Meanwhile, the deceased killer’s family members in the pursuit of trying to kill Parthi initiate an attack aimed at killing him and his family at the marketplace. An enraged Parthi takes them all down and demands the police to allot him an able-handed cop at his house at all times for safety.
He is specific that he needs a Tamil officer and the department assigns him Napoleon, an officer who boasts of contributing in the biggest drug bust that happened sometime ago in Trichy. Meanwhile Antony and his gang arrive at Parthi’s cafe. They keep pestering him to agree that he indeed is Leo, but Parthi firmly keeps rejecting this claim. Antony sows the seed of suspicion into his wife Sathya who eventually starts to doubt her husband. Joshi, eager to know about Leo visits a prison to meet with a prisoner who was a member of ‘Das and Co’ that claims of knowing Leo very well. He reveals that Antony had twin-children Leo and Elisa Das who did all the ground work involved in their illegal drug business. Antony was a firm believer of human sacrifices. An astrologer suggested that for the further expansion and scaling of their business, it is necessary that he kills someone of a specific horoscope, which match with only 2 people, his very own children. He decides to sacrifice Elisa but an enraged Leo sets their warehouse on fire. Antony kills Elisa and believes to have successfully killed Leo. Joshi, after learning about Leo confirms that he can for sure not be Parthi since they both are distinctively different people. Antony kidnaps Parthi’s son and in-return Antony is killed by Parthi and arrives at Das and Co factory to meet Harold Das. Harold puts forth several evidences that Parthi is indeed Leo but Parthi keeps denying them all. Harold sends men to kill Parthi but Joshi, Napoleon and the Hyena that he earlier rescued from the school and later adopted as his pet take down and guard his family. He gets into combat with Harold and before killing him, reveals that he indeed is Leo. He gets his son to promise him that his real identity remains a secret. After returning home to his family, he gets a call from Agent Vikram from The Black Squad wanting to recruit him into their team that works on making this society drug-free.
